Return Process

  Carefully place the unworn fashion items in their original packaging, ensuring all 'The Big Raspberry Co.' tags remain attached.

  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
